Returns & Warranty

We stand behind every part we machine

Delta Race parts are built for power, heat, and real use. If something's wrong, we’ll work with you and make it right. Read below for warranty, returns, and what to do if you have an issue.

Warranty coverage

We warranty our billet parts against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

That means:

  • Threads should not strip under normal torque.
  • Sealing surfaces should sit and seal correctly when installed properly.
  • Parts should not arrive warped, cracked, or damaged.

If you believe you received a defective part, contact us with photos and your order number so we can review it. If it's determined to be a defect, we will repair or replace the part at no cost to you.

What isn't covered

We have to be straightforward about this part:

  • Damage from incorrect install, wrong torque, or cross-threading.
  • Damage from using the part outside its intended fitment / application.
  • Normal wear items (seals, O-rings, minor tool marks from install).
  • Cosmetic damage from drops, impacts, or tool slips.
  • Leaks caused by reusing old/damaged seals or O-rings.

If you’re unsure where your situation falls, reach out anyway. We’d rather talk to you than ignore you.

Returns (unused parts)

You can request a return on unused parts within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, parts must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled.
  • In resellable condition with all hardware, seals, and accessories.
  • Not custom or special-order items.

You’ll cover return shipping unless we made an error. Once we receive and inspect the part, we’ll refund to your original payment method (minus shipping).

No returns on installed or modified parts.
